How far will Milo go in the theater? Read a snippet from PIKA OMEGA PLUS ONE #romance #mlm #PNR #MPreg #8Sunday

Hello and welcome to another Weekend Writing Warriors post!

Thank you to everyone who visited me last weekend! This weekend, I'm continuing with a snippet from the third story in my Shifter Towers series, PIKA OMEGA PLUS ONE. It's an MM MPreg Shifter Romance. The story is available in both ebook and print.

Set-up: In last weekend's snippet, Milo and Yoni were getting hot and heavy in the movie theater when other patrons walked in. I'm skipping a few more sentences, but continuing with the same scene in Milo's point of view.

I yearned to yank his shirt open, popping all the buttons, reach down between us and rub his cock through his pants. Then set it free. But I gained control of myself and held in those desires. We had an audience. This wasn’t the place.

“Enough,” I whispered, trying to slide back up to sit in place.

“Sorry.” He quickly rolled off me as if I’d burned him. “Are you okay? Did I hurt you?”

**That's ten, but I've included a little more of the scene below.**

“I’m okay.” I tugged on his sleeve. “Just not feeling right about going any further right now. Not here.”

“I get it.” He moved to the side of the bed. “Let’s get out of here and go somewhere else, then.”

We got up and left the theater, though no one seemed to notice, the other moviegoers either busy with their own dates or asleep.

Back in Yoni’s car, I expected him to take me to his place, where we’d continue what we started in the theater. Instead, he drove to a coffee shop. One on the other side of Saramto I didn’t even know existed.

PIKA OMEGA PLUS ONE
Shifter Towers book three

Milo
My mate died in a horrible car crash the night after he claimed me. I didn’t know I was pregnant with his child until he was buried in the ground. Luckily, my brother and his family supported me through it all. Now, it’s time for me to earn my keep. I’m going back to work. Not only to earn money, but to have a social life again. Even if just during the hours I’m at my job. Because I’m nowhere near ready for another relationship. Not sure I ever will be.

Yoni
I moved to Saramto to take a paid intern position at the local news station. My first time living in such a big city. And as the time limit on my contract kept looming closer, I hoped to come across something to keep me here. Nothing did. Until I met Milo and his adorable son. Now, I want them to be mine and I have no desire to leave. But my time is drawing near. While I pray for some miracle to come along and let me stay, I must find a way to tell Milo I have to go.

Pika Omega Plus One is a sweet with knotty heat shifter mm mpreg romance. It is book three in the popular Shifter Towers Series.

  1. I would be inclined to agree that a movie theatre isn't the right place to be getting busy! I wonder what is in the coffee shop.

  4. Quite a seduction going on here. Not jumping right in. Taking time.

  5. Definitely not the place to become intimate. I like that they're going to a coffee shop--not straight to bed at Yoni's.

  6. This is an interesting date all right, going from one extreme to the other. Kind of sending confusing messages to Milo, I imagine. Great snippet...

    1. Thank you, Veronica! Milo doesn't really understand, but he's thankful for it.

  7. A coffeeshop date sounds perfect. The best relationships aren't built around sex or doing too much too quickly, as important a component as that is.

  8. Yep, a movie theater probably isn't the best place for that kind of thing! :)

  9. That was quite the steamy scene! Thank you for adding the rest of it, I think they need to take a step back, plus who doesn't love a quite coffee shop at the edge of town!

  10. Yes indeed, the scene is dynamite. Jessica, you know how to stir up trouble.

  11. Doesn't seem like anyone was there for the movie ;) But coffee? I think I'd need an adult beverage to calm down after that!

    1. No, they weren't. LOL Yoni knows Milo has a young child at home and doesn't want to take him home drunk. Not yet.

  12. Talk about extremes! Unless the coffee shop has cozy backrooms, sounds like Yoni wants to do something else. Maybe to cool down and take it a bit slower? Meaning he's interested in more than sex. Great snippet!

  14. Good on Yoni for slowing things down. I think a change of scenery is what they both need. Great snippet!

  15. Steamy again! I like that he was taken to an unexpected place like a coffee shop instead of to his house. Makes me think he’s taking the date seriously and doesn’t just want a hookup.

    Keep smiling,

  16. I hope the coffee shop is more private than the theater.
